Patrick has been so much fun for this Christmas month, and I mean month as we have had a Christmas every weekend. Now he is crawling really well and chasing us down the hall, it sure does make life much more interesting.

Christmas Surprise, Part 3
They say the packaging is the best gift and that is so true. Patrick had the most fun with the boxes, bows and ribbons. We placed him in one of the boxes and he looks like he's the Christmas present.

Part 2, Balloons
Because is was a Christmas Party at my parents house, of course we had balloons. It was the first time that Patrick had seen balloons and he loved them. The were small and light enough for him to play with and they made a wonderful squeaking sound.

Crawling Forward
Patrick is now crawling forward. He did his first crawls forward across the living room crawl Sunday evening. He chased down Daddy to try and get his phone and after Mommy showed him the screen on the camera, Patrick crawled back across the living room to get the camera.

A Very Stull Christmas, Part 1
We went to Grandpa and Grandma Stull's to celebrate Christmas this weekend and Patrick got to do many new things on his first Christmas celebration.
Patrick had a lot of fun playing with bows and wrapping paper. It took him a while to figure it out, but I think he was getting it by the end. He really liked the shiny bows and the crinkling paper.

6 Months
Patrick's 6 month appointment was the other day. He's 25 inches tall and almost 17 pounds now. His Doctor says he's sitting up like an 8 month old and that he's doing great. We're now supposed to feed him solid food three times a day. He's up to twice a day, but I'm sure he'll be at three shortly. Patrick loves food time and sitting at the table with Mommy and Daddy to eat. And, of course after the food is gone, the bowl and spoon are great toys while Mommy and Daddy finish.

Boldly Going...
In Reverse...
Yep, Patrick's really trying to get crawling down. His main method of movement currently is spinning on his tummy and going in reverse. He will sometimes go forward, but it's more of little frog hops then crawling. He's not to sure what to do when he backs into something that wont move out of his way, so we end up resetting him to the middle of the room a lot currently.

Museum Trip
The other weekend we went to the Sam Noble Museum in Norman. It was Patrick's second visit to the museum, but his first actually going to the main part. His first visit was a behind the scenes members night that he slept through. For this visit he stayed awake and had fun watching everyone and looking at everything. We also got to the museum early so Patrick got to come up where Mommy & Daddy sit in the car while we waited for the museum to open.
