Award

Patrick received his first award certificate the other day from his Day Care teachers.  Apparently they had 16 two year old children for the two teachers and the helper to deal with.  13 of those 16 were wild and crazy to the extreme, Patrick was one of the three kids that behaved and listened all day.  So, he received a Super Star certificate.

Besides swords and trains, Patrick has gotten into Pirates thanks to Jake and the Neverland Pirates show.  Grandma Stull has a Pop up Pirate game that uses swords to make the Pirate pop up that Patrick just loves.

Patrick loves his sword fights.  The other day over at Grandpa and Grandma Stull's, he got in lots of sword fighting.

Playing Games

Patrick enjoys playing games on the ipad.  We have a wide variety of different games for him to play with, his favorites include coloring, puzzles, and matching.  The images below are of Patrick playing a matching game that cheers for him when he gets is right.

New Hat

Grandma Sorrels made Patrick a new hat the other day, it has trains all over it.  Patrick loves the hat, he wears it inside the house and outside.  Unless Patrick is focused on something else, he makes the cheesiest faces when a camera comes out anymore.

Patrick has figured out that it's more fun to chase Mom, Dad, or anyone else around with the sprinkler to get them wet.  His Sock Monkey sprinkler is perfect, as he can aim it.

Tower

Patrick has really gotten into building lately. He only uses the small square duplo blocks though, the larger ones he doesn't want to use yet.  With Mom and Dad's help, he's built some pretty impressive tall towers.
