Tooth Picture

Patrick finally felt like showing off his little tooth the other day.  He was really happy about something and had a grin from ear to ear, so with a little help from Dad, Mom was able to get a good picture of the happy little boy and his tooth.  He still only has just the one.

Sunday at the Stulls (pt 4)

Patrick is really trying to walk on his own.  He's tried to let go and take off running a few times. This got turned into a game of Patrick catch. This game lasted until Patrick's legs just wouldn't hold him up anymore.

Sunday at the Stulls (pt. 3)

It wasn't the nicest day to be outside, but it wasn't awful. So when Grandma needed to go take care of her chickens, we all trouped outside to the dismay of one of the cats. Patrick got a chance to play in grass that wasn't dead and to watch the chickens be silly with their food.

Sunday at the Stulls (pt 2)

While lunch was being finished, Patrick played with balls. Then after lunch, was nap time.

Balls, balls, everywhere
Napping with Uncle Kenny

More play time.  Daddy started something that ended up with four worn out adults and one baby still going... Patrick is really enjoying walking with assistance, throw in a popper, and even more fun.

Sunday at the Stulls (pt 1)

Sunday's visit started off with meeting Grandpa & Grandma at Church, so that Grandpa could show off his cute grandson. We stayed a bit and let Patrick play with the other kids for Children's Church. After all that excitement, Patrick napped again on the way to the house. Once there, he sleepily watched his Uncles while they cooked in the kitchen.

Tooth

Patrick got his first tooth yesterday. I noticed it after I picked him up from daycare.
He just kept grinning and grinning at me, like he was proud of something.  I thought I saw something, so I looked closer in his mouth and there was a little tooth poking out. It on the bottom, in the front of his mouth.
I think he is trying to figure out what's new in his mouth, because he keeps feeling it with his fingers and he is holding his mouth different.
Patrick is 8 months old now, I'm glad he waited to have his first tooth til now. We've been told since he's been about 4 months old, by different people that they thought he was teething.
